• SVHC Candidate List (update of 4 February 2026, 253 entries): no substance present above 0.1% w/w — no Article 33 or Article 7(2) obligations
• Authorisation List, Annex XIV (version applicable on the issue date): none used or present — no authorisation required
• Restrictions, Annex XVII: conditions met. Entry 78 on synthetic polymer microparticles (Reg. (EU) 2023/2055 as amended by Reg.
